How do I book my first visit?
You can book by calling our team, using the Book Now button in the header, or reaching out through the contact page. We'll help you choose the right service and get everything scheduled.
Do you require vaccinations before boarding or daycare?
Yes. Current vaccinations help keep every guest safe and healthy. If you are unsure which records are needed, our team can walk you through the requirements before your first visit.
What should I bring for my dog's boarding stay?
Bring your dog's food, any medications, and a comfort item if it helps them settle. We provide the suite, bedding, playtime, meals service, and plenty of care throughout the stay.
Can my dogs stay together in the same suite?
In many cases, yes. If your dogs are comfortable together and the suite size is a good fit, we can keep them together so their stay feels more familiar and relaxing.
Do you accept puppies and senior pets?
Absolutely. Puppies, adult dogs, and seniors are all welcome. We tailor the pace, supervision, and activity level to the needs of each guest.
How does dog daycare work?
Daycare is built around supervised play, rest breaks, and a structured routine. We group dogs carefully so they can enjoy social time in a safe, managed environment.
Is grooming available without boarding?
Yes. Grooming is available as a standalone service. You can book baths, full grooms, add-ons, and maintenance services without reserving an overnight stay.
How will I know my pet is doing okay?
